FOUNDER

Doug graduated high school a couple months ago and he had already decided to work before going to college. As Doug had previously worked at Shelburne Farms (SF), he planned to return to SF. Unfortunately, the COVID pandemic forced SF to cancel all camps for 2020. With no job, Doug decided to look for a way to help SF. When visiting SF one day, he came up with the idea of designing and selling masks bearing SF images to protect the wearer and promote the Farm’s sustainability message … the word got out and what was to be a little, SF-only project has grown through strategic partnering with key partners into a statewide youth-led and youth-centric effort to design and provide COVID-masks that promote local nonprofits and protect the health of all Vermonters.
